PRESS RELEASE

November 19, 2009

On September 19, 2009 at 11:00 pm, an armed robbery was reported at the
Movie Gallery located at 1404 South Blaine. The employee (Hunter Hursh)
stated a Hispanic male had brandished a pistol and demanded money. The
robber concealed his face with a handkerchief and after taking
approximately $848 in cash exited the store out the east door.

On September 21, detectives questioned Hursh's account of the robbery
and gave him the opportunity to revise his statement about the events on
the night of September 19, 2009. Hursh insisted his account of the
robbery was truthful and accurate. Detectives continued the
investigation and showed several photo line-ups to Hursh who did not
identify any of the persons of interest who matched the description.

On November 17, 2009 an informant with knowledge of the robbery at the
Movie Galley came forward. The informant implicated Hursh by asserting
Hursh and his roommate had staged the robbery for the money. Based on
information provided by the informant a search warrant was obtained on
November 18. At 7:30 am on November 19 the warrant was executed at 1310
West A Street. The search incident to the warrant recovered an air soft
pistol believed to be used in the staged robbery along with a flat
screen TV allegedly stolen on September 3, 2009 in a reported burglary
on East Palouse River Drive.

Hunter Hursh was transported to the Moscow Police Department and
interrogated. Probable cause was established to arrest Hursh for the
following charges:

                        Principle to Burglary IC 18-1401 & 18-205

                        Burglary 18-1401

Grand theft by possession IC 18-2403 & 18-2407

False report of a felony IC 18-5413

The case remains under investigation with possible charges against
Hursh's roommate who was detained, interrogated, and released while
awaiting referral of investigative findings to the Latah County
Prosecutor's Office.
