[Vision2020] Fw: [Spam 5.44] Idaho's 36 congressional districts

I find this very odd; does anyone know if it is
correct?
The website claims there are 52 Republicans
and 18 Democrats,
AND
52 Men and 18 Women
Now which do you suppose are the R's and the D's?
