So far, yes.  Not for lack of trying, though.

As you may have seen, a lot of the bus shelters are in place, but there's
still some sidewalk work to be done.  The big ticket stuff is mostly on
campus, daylighting Paradise Creek through campus and around the new Hwy
8/Petersen intersection.
