Ken,
What makes you think this incumbent council is in the least concerned
with cracked and heaving sidewalks, tree root growths or ground heaves?
Their BIG concern is smokes and chickens! After all one has to have
priorities! And the current gang of 7 have shown by their actions what
they have been.
