[Vision2020] WTF?

I am pretty sure the Idaho Code gives the death penalty or life imprisonment for murder, not probation.
 
I don't need to look directly at Idaho Code to confirm it.

But in this case, I don't blame the lawmakers, just the lawyers. Lawmakers made murder illegal in Idaho, punishable by death. It is the lawyers that subvert its intentions.

You could go directly to the Idaho code and find out that this isn't the case. You instead choose not to.
