[Vision2020] Breaking News: Judge sides with UI in retiree lawsuit

Don and Judy,


You have both hit the nail on the head. What it means is, in the  
future, everything that the University says or contracts, will have to  
be spelt out in the minutest detail, as we now know,based
on this decision and their track record, just how much "their" word is  
worth. Can you imagine the selling job the University will have the  
next time they try to push an early retirement plan or
anything similar?

  Now the thing to do is to find out just who "they" are and hound the  
rascals out of any type of public office and that includes university  
administration!
Unfortunately, the new president has inherited all of this past  
nonsense, and will get tarred with the same brush.
