[Vision2020] Voting in Secrecy/ was Just Curious

Tom writes:
"How much of the $6,000+, paid by the people of Moscow for Councilman
Steed's trip to Boise to promote and pursue this agreement (and other
related items), will be reimbursed to the city of Moscow?"


I had asked Walter Steed about this last March, and this was his reply.  Not to say he is accurate, but thought I'd let you know his response:

I asked: "Is Moscow paying for your trip, and time working on this bill and if so, will Hawkins reimburse the city if they ever buy Moscow water?"  

Walter's reply: The City Council directed staff to purse any and all efforts to effectuate the Hawkins agreement, up to and including changing state law.  No one is paying for my time and expense.
