[Vision2020] Press Release - MPD Seeking Information

The Moscow Police is seeking information about a dog that bit a child at
approximately 9:00 am on Saturday, May 23rd, in downtown Moscow.  The
child had been running on the sidewalk on Main Street near the Chamber
of Commerce when the dog jumped up and bit the child as he passed it.
The dog is described as a medium-large sized dog with a medium length
dark yellow or gold and white coat and upright ears.  The dog was on a
leash at the time and was being handled by an adult male wearing a dark
blue shirt.  It is believed the man did not realize the bite had
occurred.  

 

The dog needs to be located in order to verify its vaccination status
and to take the necessary steps to protect the child's health.  Anyone
