seeking information about a dog that bit a child at approximately 9:00 am on
Saturday, May 23<sup>rd</sup>, in downtown <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City
w:st="on">Moscow</st1:City></st1:place>. The child had been running on the
sidewalk on <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Main Street</st1:address></st1:Street>
near the Chamber of Commerce when the dog jumped up and bit the child as he
passed it. The dog is described as a medium-large sized dog with a medium
length dark yellow or gold and white coat and upright ears. The dog was on a
leash at the time and was being handled by an adult male wearing a dark blue
shirt. It is believed the man did not realize the bite had occurred. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
