[Vision2020] Sixth Street Parking (Just an Idea)

I agree.  I trvavel 6th, 3rd and D several times each day.  I cannot think 
of any advantage to be gained by one way streets east&west through the 
middle of this community, and one would be particularly problematic around 
the high school.
