[Vision2020] Sixth Street Parking (Just an Idea)

In my opinion, it would be helpful if they painted lane markings on
Sixth Street between Sixth street hill and Blaine. The most trouble I
run into with traffic there has to do with people being out in the
middle of the street despite the lack of parking on one side, leaving
little room for those on the side with parking to fit. Clear lane
markings would help with that problem; it would make better use of the
space already allocated.
