[Vision2020] Sixth Street Parking (Just an Idea)

Greetings Visionaires -

After having watched videos of each meeting of the April 27th Public Works
and Finance Committee and the May 18th Moscow City Council, May I suggest
this alternative . . .

Realizing that parking is a virtual necessity for those living on Sixth
Street, that reducing the speed limit is not likely to produce any
favorable results, how about . . .

Restricting traffic on Sixth Street to one-way west-bound only, commencing
from Washington and returning to two-way traffic at a point, to be decided
by the appropriate committee, east of Washington.

If additional east-bound access is considered essential, perhaps Third
Street can become one-way east-bound.
