[Vision2020] Pentico, BSU, and the State Board of Education

Tom,

Does this really suprise you? Look at the local government approving tax
payers money for local city councilmen to avoid compliance with open
records laws or the now lame-duck acting president of the U of I not
replying to veterans discrimination in violation of specific state laws?

The right to petition the government is the freedom of individuals (and
sometimes groups and corporations) to petition their government for a
correction or repair of some form of injustice without fear of punishment
for the same. Didn't we go to war over this issue once?

At what point in time, seriously, is it time to man the barricades? At
what point in time do we just throw the bums  out? Recall is a very very
powerful tool to be used by the people, maybe it's time we all look into
it.
