Visionaires and Vandals -

Apparently the roots of the Pentico-Otter feud originate back in 2005 when
Pentico pursued a claim of "Conflict of Interest" against the legal
counsel for the State Board of Education.

>From Christopher Pentico's December 21, 2005 letter to Assistant Chief
Deputy Rian Kane (Office of the Attorney General):

"Jeff Schrader is the legal counsel for the State Board of Education. Dr.
Cheryl B. Schrader, his wife, is the Deanof the College of Engineering at
Boise State University. This conflict of interest was discovered when
Luci Willitts introduced me to Mr. Schrader to take down a complaint
involving many Boise State University personnel, which included Mr.
Schrader's wife."

The letter Christopher Pentico delivered to Gov. Otter's office eight days
after he was told by ISP not to enter the office.
