[Vision2020] A rumor I have heard re. property taxes

Let us know if it works out, ok Lynn?

If so, people will be lined up from City Hall to WinCo, Chia Pets in hand,
filing to have their properties rezoned as ag land.

Sidebar:  A friend of mine has a 15-year old cat.  Can she have her
property rezoned as an animal preserve?
