[Vision2020] school funding

Can the taxpayer do that? Stop paying for children that don't learn well? Nope, the taxpayer has to pay up no matter what, so should the parents. It is only fair. We are in it together. Besides that, any parent that treats their children that way should probably not be parents much longer because they probably are not paying for other needed expenses in their lives as well.

So, if parents pay, can parents also opt out at will? Decide: well, I paid for kids one and two to go through school. One was moderately successful and the other was totally disappointing (got involved in literature instead of business, damn kids) so I’m just going to opt out with kid #3. He doesn’t look like he’d be much of an athlete and he’s not that bright . . . why bother?
