According to Weather.com, two record daily lows for March 10 and 11 for Moscow, Idaho were set this week: on March 10 a new record low of 5 F. was set, breaking the previous low of 13 F., and on March 11 a new record low of 1 F. was set, breaking the previous record of 4 F.
