[Vision2020] Draft Ordinance Banning Smoking in Bars

I just had the opportunity to sign a petition that is going around for
legitimate signatures urging the City Council to drop the matter of
banning smoking in bars. It appears to me a more legitimate way of looking
at gathering public opinion and desires within the City of Moscow rather
than a members only "face book" page open to the entire world.
