It is irrelevant that he was in his own house. He was arrested for disorderly conduct be cause he was abusive it a police office. I think that is a crime in most states. I do not wish to live in a police state. As far as I am concerned there is a way too much of that now. The state should only do those things that an individuals cannot do for themselves. National defense, police protection. roads, protect the food supply, etc.
