Kai,

Maybe Dave's point was that even if what the mayor did was wrong it  
does not constitute a violation of your first amendment rights. I  
don't want to suggest that she's off the hook -- though I'd like to  
hear her side of the story before passing judgment. I'm just saying it  
is not a violation of your constitutional rights, as i see it. If it  
were, you could and should file a lawsuit, right?
