[Vision2020] Big Brother Strikes

Wayne, as you know I couldn't bring myself to stick around for the final 
knife in the back of personal choice concerning what was a legal activity in 
our city. I suspect that I know the answer to this question already but how 
did the final vote go down? Did anyone vote no or did they unanimously crap 
on business owners and private property owners?
