[Vision2020] University of Idaho Delays Decision on Parma Research Center

This is good news. The Caine Center at Caldwell is being moved to the new Dairy Center in the magic Valley. The Caldwell station is surrounded by the city. It is the one that should bre closed. I don't know what the reasoning was to close Parma, unless it was to deliberately cause a ruckus.
