Take Part in Online Community Health Survey

Help shape the future of local health care and share your thoughts on
current services, quality of care, access and more by taking part in an
online community health care survey for Gritman Medical Center at
http://www.gritman.org . 

The survey is being conducted as part of Gritman's strategic planning
process. The survey is administered and results tabulated by QHR. All
answers are anonymous. 

Survey results will be shared with the medical center's planning
committee and used in discussions about the future direction of the
hospital and health care in Latah County and the Palouse.

For those without Internet access, the Gritman Community Relations
department will bring laptop computers to seven community libraries
throughout July to help residents take the survey as well as the Moscow
Farmers Market. The dates are:


July 9....Troy............ 10 am to 2 pm.
July 9... Potlatch......... 3 pm to 7 pm
July 11...Farmers Market... 8 to noon
July 13...Bovill...........10 am to 2 pm
July 15...Juliaetta.........3 pm to 7 pm
July 16...Genesee...........3 pm to 7 pm
July 21...Deary.............1 pm to 5 pm
July 23...Moscow............2 pm to 6 pm
The survey takes about 12 minutes to complete. It will be available on
Gritman's website until 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2009. 

Survey participants can enter to win one of 15 Visa gift cards ($20
each) or a Nintendo Wii gaming console and Wii Fit game. The drawing and
prizes are sponsored and administered by Gritman Medical Center. All
survey information will remain anonymous.
