These do go rather further than the "moving" portraiture in the halls of J. K. 
Rowling's Hogwart's School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

One supposes that the next development will be animated activities involving 
similar, or analogous, masterpieces. With three-dimensional technologies 
again gaining the interest of technology marketers, one can only imagine to 
what that might lead.
