There are computers on campus that are not owned by students. But they are maintained by ASUI dollars. The Internet systems, the equipment, the power, and even the people that hook them up are paid for by ASUI dollars.

MANY of the computers on campus are owned by the colleges and
departments, not by the students.  They were/are purchased expressly
for the use of staff and faculty.

Virtually every office in every building on campus contains at least
one computer that was not purchased by, or for, students.  Granted,
there are still restrictions on use, but that is a different question.
