I can't say that I'm very well informed about this controversy, but I know
that there are universities and colleges across the US that supply internet
service to their entire host town and I wonder how such claims would
manifest in a situation like that. Let's say, for example, that Florida
Institute of Technology (FIT) supplies internet service (wireless) to the
entire town of Melbourne, Fla. If I am a resident, whether affiliated or not
with FIT, and using my FIT supplied service I host a blog that criticizes
the book purchasing policies of the FIT library, would this be "wrong?"
