[Vision2020] Family-Friendly Activities

Ice skating in the winter, free music at the Co-op on Tuesdays, free music 
at Eastside Market on Fridays,  Indie movies, Foreign movies 
and  Blockbustermovies at the UI, music recitals at the UI on many nights 
of the week, 4 different Art Gallery openings to add to the list.
