Seattle, WA or Troy, ID. Like I said in my first post on this subject,
there is always room for improvement or for expansion of activities.
However, one s curiosity for learning or lust for adventure tends to help
no matter where you live. For example, a few summers ago, my mom and I
realized the tennis courts at UI are lit all night. Nothing to do on a
Spring or Summer night after midnight? Play tennis (if your skills rival
mine, this is less a game of hitting a ball and more a comedy routine
tried midnight soccer once and do not recommend it). Not sporty? Pull out
a telescope (you can even make a rudimentary one yourself) and head out
to Mountain View Park and star gaze. Not into sports or science? Why not
sit in the quiet of that same park and write your observations in a night
journal. Not into sports, science, or arts . . . hmm. My heart goes out
to you . . . you probably won t be happy anywhere.<br>
