[Vision2020] Snow problems

I suppose we could.  I'm not sure what good it would do.

In February 08 I asked the council whose responsibility the new sidewalks on
South 95 were.  These sidewalks were installed as part of a major road
widening and improvement.

After that council meeting, the City started plowing those sidewalks, and
kept them clean the rest of the winter.

Needless to say, nothing has been done this year.

Hmmm....
