[Vision2020] U of I Program Cuts

Gier and Dickow are right. athletics should pay the same as everyone else. To help save some programs and jobs. everyone should take a 5 to 10% pay cut. Less money is better than no money. This should be particularly done at the top administrative level. Some administrative positions should be cut altogether. I don't think the University needs that many people in development or diversity at this point. Otter and Daley-Laursen have offered to forgo an increase in pay. This should be extended to a cut along with all other administrators.
