[Vision2020] Humane interrogations work

It is reported in the magazine"Old News". I would have to look up the issue.It may also be in a recent National Geographic. It is also the subject of the movie "Heroes of Tellmark", staring Richard Widmark. It sticks fairly close to the facts. The name of the Widmark character is changed.
