I asked John Foster, who works for Minnick, about the ads.
Foster stated the ads are not from Minnick, but from "an independent group, which did not consult with us."

Vizzz peeps,
Anyone else find all the recent Walt Minnick ads odd? I'm not sure who's been paying for them, but my delicate flower tells me she's seen a few of his ads on the local broadcast channels, and we've even gotten some recent mailings.
Kind of out of season for political ads and mailings, no?
