You constantly take things out of context, why do you do that?

My comment was not in response to what you quoted from Garrett about reason. It was to another statement to consider that terrorists may have the same emotions and feelings in the same way we do.

What Garrett actually wrote was:

Garrett asked if "WE could use reason" (emphasis mine), not whether
the terrorists do, or could.  To elaborate -- according to my
interpretation, I hasten to add -- he was encouraging us to use our
collective intellectual faculties to figure out the root causes of
terrorism, and then, equipped with that knowledge, develop preventive
strategies.
