Upon a quick scan of a few areas of House Bill 117, I find it to be very 
interesting, and, to some degree, politically expedient.

Comments, Viz-peeps?

To refuse to accept the Stimulus Bill is tantamount to denying much 
needed, and in some cases "required", assitance to Idaho families.  
Denying extended unemployment benefits, at a time when Idaho's 
unemployment rate continues to climb to percentage levels not experienced 
in over thirty years, and denying funds for education at a time when all 
that is visible to schools is more and more budget cuts . . . reflects 
well on Governor Otter's apathetic approach toward the people of Idaho.
