The "Moscow Cares" website has been updated to included videos and photos 
from yesterday's (February 18, 2009) State of the City Address presented 
by Mayor Nancy Chaney with opening remarks presented by guest speaker 
Representative Walt Minnick, a member of that much endangered species 
Idahous Democraticus.
