[Vision2020] Offensive Cartoon (in my opinion)

I did not call you a racist, Mr. Eiselein. I simply suggested that your
brand of "humor" is ill-conceived.

As far as my interpretation of the cartoon being racist . . .

Most (by a large percentage) people associate President Obama as having
written the stimulus bill.

After having shot and killed a monkey, the police officer
exclaims, "They'll have to find someone else to write the next stimulus
bill."

In my opinion, Mr. Eiselein, presenting a cartoon depicting a dead monkey
in such a manner as to make that dead monkey analogous to President Obama
is extremely racial.

I was aware of this long before I posted the cartoon to the Viz, coupled
with my inquiry ("Am I the only person that finds this cartoon extremely
offensive?").

This very same cartoon was discussed on "Countdown wit Keith Olbermann"
this evening with Al Sharpton.

As an experiment of sorts I posted it to the Viz, coupled with my inquiry,
simply to see what kind of responses I would get.

No, Mr. Eiselein. I do not wish to confront you in person, unless our
discussion deals strictly with whether or not that particular cartoon is
offensive. I, personally, feel that you misinterpreted the cartoon.
