I'm surprised that the G-ster didn't question your reference to 
the "subversive meetings of MOLEs", which, unlike Deb's humorous tunnels 
reference, is a reality.

These MOLEs, although they are collectively known by another title, reside 
right here in Moscow and do meet at irregular intervals.

To start you off, g-ster, I will provide you a clue in the form of a 
question . . .

"MOLE" is an acronym for what organized local culture?  It is a cultural 
title partially coined by a local un-pastor.
