[Vision2020] Sunil doesn't know squat...

Actually they weren't company towns--just makeshift homes built primarily by 
men who were out of work.   After they built a Hooverville in sight of the 
White House, the police moved in to knock it down, and Hoover continued to 
proclaim, "Prosperity is just around the corner...."
