[Vision2020] Wood Smoke Particulate Testing

The short answer is no. Air quality in Moscow is an estimate based on  
data collected in Spokane, Lewiston, and Coeur d'Alene a day or two  
before publication. The only particulate measuring station (as of  
last spring) is at the UI plant science farm and is devoted to research.
