[Vision2020] Wood Smoke Particulate Testing

Is there an organization or anyone regularly sampling the air in the Moscow 
residential area for wood smoke particulate content?

Yesterday's concentration seemed particularly strong to me, and as I consider 
that I am currently trying to rid myself of sinus congestion, the fact that I 
can still smell wood smoke suggests to me that it's pretty thick in the air.
