[Vision2020] The 2007 Moscow City Council and Resolution 2007-13

Greetings Visionaires –

On July 2, 2007 the Moscow City Council took a conscientious step forward
and passed Resolution 2007-13 confirming the city’s intention to join the
International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) as a
full member and to participate in the Cities for Climate Protection
Campaign (CCP).  This resolution passed the city council vote unanimously.
 For that we all owe the Moscow City Council a debt of gratitude.

Although the city policies listed within the resolution are slowly, but
purposefully, taking affect, one noticeable improvement is the near
extinction of the previous year’s late afternoon . . .
