7:27 p.m. - A mother reported that her daughter broke into the neighbor's
house and stole some medications.

Although I am certain that there is more to this mother-daughter
relationship than what can be interpreted from those fifteen words, one
can hardly imagine the mother's thought processing as she picked up the
telephone receiver and dialed the Moscow Police Department.
