[Vision2020] 'Death to Obama' Sign Holder Detained

Thank you, Sunil.

I kinda realized that my argument lacked specific intent on the part of
the sign carrier.  I am, and will forever be, MOST CERTAINLY in support of
the first amendment.  It came in very handy during my high school years.

There will, however, continue to be that gray area that borders the first
amendment and the letter/spirit of the law.  I am thankful that our
country, and each of the Nifty Fifty, maintains a judicial system
responsible for interpreting that gray area.
