Well, I yelled at him as he receded in the distance, "You would have run over Wayne Price while he was smoking outside right here within a few feet of the door if not for the smoking ban that has caused him to roam the downtown area and smoke on the move you inconsiderate so-and-so," but he was well out of range by the time I was done, and I was quite winded on account of not using any commas in my rant.

You don't seem to understand!  Our city fathers and the mother, aka the Gang of 7, could care less about that or the suicide skate boarders, unless of course they are smoking!
