All Hail His Purpleness
You know all the songs by heart and can probably recite a good bit of the dialogue as well as bust a move on the dance floor. On Thursday, August 13 at 8:30 PM we give you a night to shine when we screen the second installment of our Thursday Night Film Series, a Sing-A-Long to Prince's magnum opus Purple Rain (with sub-titles just in case). Screened outside on the largest outdoor movie screen in the Berkshires (moves inside in case of rain). Purple jumpsuits, feathered hair, and ruffle shirts encouraged!
Snacks and special "purple" themed drinks available from Lickety Split and the MASS MoCA cash Bar before and during the show.

Julia Greenberg sings Dory Previn THIS Saturday with special guest Dory Previn
Singer-songwriter Julia Greenberg was last seen at MASS MoCA with the inspired rock opera People Are Wrong! Now she returns for an Alt Cabaret to sing the uncompromisingly neurotic and hauntingly honest songs of Oscar and Emmy-winning lyricist Dory Previn (Listen now!). Dory Previn, herself, who lives in western Massachusetts will be in attendance.
