I still have hope that the instigators will get their just deserts.  Not going after the people that were told it was legal makes sense to me.  Obama has been a little contradictory on whether or not the higher ups might get prosecuted, so you never know.

The ONE THING about Obama that perterbs me to absolutely no end is the 
thought that nothing, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, is going to be initiated against 
Bush or any of his cronies after they robbed and raped America of its high 
global moral standing, a moral standing that took two world wars and 
several helping hands to establish.
