There also seems to be an issue with YOU coveting your neighbors slaves and wanting to
"free" 
them from your neighbor, which would get you into personal problems with the Ten 
Commandments, particularly the tenth, as laid down in Deuteronomy 5:21,

"Neither shall you desire your neighbour’s house, or field, or male or female slave, or
ox, or 
donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor."

If you are advocating that your neighbor give up his/her slaves you clearly are coveting
them, 
perhaps for the reason of freeing them, but none the less, they are your neighbors slaves,
not 
yours.
