[Vision2020] one injured in bop-a-student crossing

I almost hit a pedestrian the other day on Washington. An oil truck was stopped in the right lane. I could not see around him. As I pulled along side of him, two pedestrians stepped in front of me.
I have to go.Will check other post tomorrow.
