Did you read the article, Arnold?

If you did, you would have discovered that of the original 13 allegations, 
3 were substantiated.  The 3 substantiated claims were not as egregious as 
suspected.  Thus the original 10-day suspension was reduced to 5 days.

I could go into detail about each allegation, all original 13 and 
highlight the 3 substantiated claims, but I'll leave that up to you to 
research, ok?  Hint:  Start in the Anchorage Daily News archives.
