Why don't each of the states contract that company that manufacures (and 
installs security into) those video poker machines in Las Vegas to provide 
voting machines?

Heck!  You can't even change your mind in a Vegas casino without Joe Pesci 
and his goons taking you out to the desert for a little attitude 
adjustment.
